Just tested mem on a friends system. This is the first time iv tested mem. I used memtest86 v1.0. nt sure how to read it. It shows 437 errors. Im assuming thats Bad? nevermind under the eroor thing it show 839 now. So its bad right?

It sounds like it. Make sure the memory's running at stock speeds/timings (ie. non-overclocked) before testing though.
