For your information, a tool similar to Winipcfg called Wntipcfg works with Windows 2000 and Windows XP. It is included in the Windows 2000 Resource Kit, and it can be downloaded from:

Once installed, you can move or copy the executable from the program directory to C: and rename it winipcfg. Then Start>Run>winipcfg will work.

Thanks for that handy piece of Information, SM8000.

FYI, I've been told that the program has three undocumented command-line switches - /? - /ALL - /batch.

You use /? to find out about the other two.
