Try this to get rid of bious pass word.It is the command to use debug to remove the bious pass word.

Un plug then pull your CMOS battery and then short the jumper for abot 20 minutes, it will clear out everything.. and you can boot into it then, unless its in the hard drive (compact)then you will have to reformat too....
