USR "Audrey" internet device

is anuone familiar with this device--wld like to buy to setup at a remote location to download weather graphics off the internet--it is billed as an "internet connecting device"--would it display 256 colors, be of "reasonable speed"(it has a builtin 56k modem).

any comments appreciated.
