Swat 3 Help!

Every time I try ta run Swat 3 I get the following error

You're getting the same error with both OS'?

I'd try checking to see if there is a patch available for the game, and also make sure your video/sound drivers are up to date as well.

If memory serves it needs patching, if you got the bdget 'gold' edition like i did then i think the patch is tucked away on the disc
