Poem of the new America

[SPEEDO]

I visit US, get treated regal,
So I stay, who care I illegal?

I cross ocean, poor and broke,
Take bus, see employment folk.

Nice man treat me good in there,
Say I need to see welfare.

Welfare say, "You come no more,
We send cash right to your door."

Welfare checks, they make you wealthy,
Medicaid, it keep you healthy!

I go to college, for me it's free,
and now I have a Ph.D.

By and by, I got plenty money,
Thanks to you, American dummy.

Write to friends in motherland,
Tell them come as fast as you can.

They come in turbans and Ford trucks,
I buy big house with welfare bucks.

They come here, we live together,
More welfare checks, it gets better!

Fourteen families they moving in,
But neighbor's patience wearing thin.

Finally, American moves away,
Now I buy his house, and then I say,
"Find more aliens for house to rent."
And in the yard I put a tent.

But they, too, draw the welfare cash!
Everything is very good,
And soon we own the neighborhood.

We have hobby-- it's called breeding,
Welfare pay for baby feeding.

Kids need dentist? Wife need pills?
We get free! We got no bills!

American crazy! He pay all year,
To keep welfare running here.

We think America darn good place!
Too darn good for the American race.

If they no like us, they can scram,
Got lots of room in Pakistan.

Hey Billforce, if they're legal, I have no trouble with them, unless they don't speak english. It's the ones who are here illegally that really pi$$ me off. Shoot them and send the bodies home as a warning to others. Maybe I'm just a bit extreme. But, it was illegals that neither spoke nor read english ( not so sure they read spanish either ) that caused ConAgra to recall 3 million pounds of beef for E-coli. Why, cuz they couldn't read the posters on the wall that told how to avoid it. Stupid them and stupid conagra for hiring them. :eek:

lep, it's mostly the illegal folks that provide cheap services that you born and bred americans addict to but got no balls to replace. Don't talk down to all illegal folks because there are many many of them who are very hard working, reflecting those whose backs America was built on back in the old days.

Can't leave the Native Americans, they too migrated from other lands. One can't really say the Europeans came here illegally, since there were no laws in place prohibiting it.

As I understand it illegal immigrants are not lazy. They do the jobs nobody else wants to do and they get hired by people who know full well they are illegal and hire them because they are cheap.

My point exactly. Why, and by whom, were they hired?

Can you really blame someone for wanting to make a better life for himself, and being willing to work for it?

They were still here first, and I don't think they need laws, most lived off the land.

When i came back from the war overseas.... I come to find out that 1000 of them ( Vietnamese ) had moved into the apt. community across the street ,which was alot of buildings covering about three square blocks....
I won;t forget the time rightafter this I was in a department store and this one Vietnamese guy opend his wallet and their was all th emajor credit cards in full view
Also, i usede to live in anothre part of Portland and they used to come into the bar ( when i was hanging out there ) and play the poker machines all night, often times winning big chunks of money ( like &600- $2000 ) and demanding the bartender to cash it then..
Was was more shocking was when the y lost..they would just go right home and get some more money and start all over again...never buying a thing at the bar..

Its also very nice that they brought all the rival gangs here as so so to make it more interesting for us..

Our government had to relieve their sense of guilt and... the poor things, most of them get free Government money to go along with the money they bring from overseas.....
I used to go to the empoyment office and hardly ever see any foreigners out of work and if they were they got very special treatment....even giving them drivers licenses...just like that...

Those same people now own 90 percent of that old neighborhood today and the property too

Today , I am no longer bitter for i don't have the time for it...and alot of immigrants basicly just want a chance to work hard and get somehting they never had before.....Freedom!
