3dmark03 score: 1007 (492 CPU)
Setup:
Athlon XP 2600+ (tbred) running at 200 * 11 (2200mhz)
Asus A7N8X2.0
1gb ddr266 (running at cas2.5, 2, 2, 6)
Asus Geforce FX5200 (gpu running at 291mhz and vram at 499mhz)
1024x768x32
Trying to figure out why my score sucks so bad. If anyone has some ideas they would be appreciated. I think its just the crappy graphics card, my cpumark seems fairly decent..

The 5200's can not really take 2003......me thinks.

it must not like 2001 either, the best I've gotten is like 5700.
edit: kind of funny but I actually got higher FPS on the cpu tests than I did on the standard tests :\

Its due to your video card, get a 9600 pro or a 9800 and you will see a large jump in points.

Make sure when running benchmarks that antiialiasing, anisotropic filtering and vsync are disabled in the gfx card properties. Also make sure your motherboard and vid card drivers are up to date.
The fellas are however right, the FX5200 isnt really too hot in a gaming capacity and in 3dmark2003 paticularly it will stuggle (it should still be able to score a few K in 01 though)

:D thats annoying. I think i'm going to put my tnt2 in and compare scores in 2k1. At the time of buying it I had no intention of gaming and only wanted it for the tv out capabilities. Fairly cheap card so I guess it was worth it. I'll probably buy a new one in 5-6 months anyway.
