Good book or "Bible"...!

Could anyone reccomend a good book or "bible"
regarding Windows 2000 or NT!
I know about stability with Win2000 but I also want to be able to know and troubleshoot machines based on this OS!

Also, any book that deals with networking and it's issues (with this OS) is welcomed!

I use the Microsoft Offical Curriculum books that I received when I took the first four classes for my MCSE. Another good place to look is on Microsoft's Knowledge Base (yes, I know this is not a book, but it might help) http://search.support.microsoft.com/kb/c.asp?fr=0&SD=GN&LN=EN-US

Microsoft printed a book called "Windows 2000 Administrators Pocket Consultant". I'm pretty sure I got it for free from them, but it is an excellent source of day to day info.
