WHEN are the new cards coming out?

When will Nvidia and ATI be releasing their next line of chips? I'm eager to finish an upgrade, but I'd just as soon wait if it will be within the next month.

Most likely around March for both. The wait will probably be a bit longer for some since they will first release new cards with current technology before shifting into PCI-EX and new types of RAM.

Yeah, the cards will be coming out in the Spring (I don't think they will be a big improvment than current cards). But does anyone know if PCI Express abled motherboard will be on the ATX form factor?

these are prototypes of PCI Express motherboards on the showcase floor from one of lintels shows not to long ago, as you asked I know some motherboards are being built right now for PCI express but I am not %100 sure about ATX form but I am excited about it totally, that’s why im not going to buy another Video card until PCI express comes out, so be it, it may not be for a while, but I have a pain in my you know what splashing out money of Video cards that are out of date not but a few months later, I have my TI4600 and that’s plenty for me, I have been up in the AIR with my self wondering if I should get the New ATI but held of, which I am happy I did seems the games I wanted it for are on the waiting list, but that said here is a link about PCI express and the advantages it will have over AGP etc. you should find it interesting if your looking forward to PCI express :)
