Case Fans

Hello.. I am going to be buying some case fans and was curious as to which are the best to buy..

Features I would like:
(In this order)
1) Low-Noise
2) Good Airflow
3) Maybe control over RPM
4) and of course low price

I do not mind what size the fan is.. as long as it has somewhat low noise.. (60-120mm fans)I want to go for a noise free computer..

Well, I have a cheap-o stock fan that you can barely hear, and my system, at full load runs 42 degrees C :-) PIII Coppermine 800EB.

I also have a thermaltake 80x80x25 and it sounds like a tornado. it is quite loud, but not nearly as loud as others.

The current fan setup i have is sort of loud..

stock P3 fan and then an 80mm case fan that was generic.. but i think the P3 fan makes the most noise..

so i need a quiet HSF and quiet case fans.. a quiet power supply would be nice too.. i have to turn the volume up on my speakers if it is whisper quiet..

i would like to be able to hear small details without having to turn up the volume.. the whine of the fan drowns out real quiet noises..
