On 12am 22 - 01 - 2004, the day will be the first day of Lunar New Year. This festival is a major celebration all Chinese around the world. Too bad! My aunt can't celebrate with our family in Singapore because she's living in New Jersey.
Anyway, I want to wish you all a Prosperous and Happy Lunar New Year.

Do you mean the lunar calendar?
The Eve of the Lunar New Year is for family members to gather together for a reunion dinner.

What I meant was, does China celebrate December 31st as the calendar new year's and then celebrate January 22nd as the lunar New Year's?
I think China celebrate both.
:D
Happy Lunar New Year to you!
