In all the forums I go to. Is there a way I can fix this without having to delete all my cookies? It's not really a problem, just kinda annoying.

Maybe you'll get used to it? wyvrn 09-06-2001, 07:03 AM Yep it is to help you organize new replies to topics. I don't think you can change that preference locally. Gomer 09-06-2001, 07:41 AM I think the key word may be "all." Not all of them are supposed to be red like that, some of them are supposed to be yellow. The only reason I think there may be some sort of a problem is that a few weeks ago, another computer I use stopped updating the folders. Alll of them would always be red. It hasn;t bothered me enough, and I seldom use it so I haven;t tried figuring it out yet. So I guess you need to clarify. Are all the folders red all the time? Are any of them yellow at all? If they are all red all the time, it seems as though you may have some sort of problem with your cookies. LordLocksley 09-06-2001, 09:36 AM Yes they are ALL red. I have the same problem. Until last week the were ALL yellow, then I cleared temps and cookies. Now ALL red. I thought it was just this screwy company computer. Does anyone know how to fix it? WinNT 4.0 Wksn SP6 IE 5.5 Fingers 09-06-2001, 01:19 PM Go to preferences (http://www.sysopt.com/cgi-bin/forum/ubbmisc.cgi?action=setprefs) and delete your SysOpt cookie. Sometimes the cookie becomes corrupted, or it just stops working for unknown reasons. Sanman 09-06-2001, 04:13 PM Yes, ALL the folders are red, All eight pages, every folder. It wasn't really a big problem, but makes it harder to identify new posts. Thanks for the info fingers. It is appreciated All better now http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif [This message has been edited by Sanman (edited 09-06-2001).] SysOpt.com
