This will sound crazy, but here goes.Trying to install demoCD from PC Gamer,everything seems to go fine,at the bottom of the list on 1st page,it says I have DirectX 8.1,but need DirectX9 in order to completely install,is this right? P4-2.4,AsusP4S533-MX MB,512mem,40gigHD,XP Home,NAV,Office2000.(MB has intergrated audio&video)would this make a difference? Thank You:t

1. What's on that CD?

2. If it asks you to install DirectX9 then you should do it.

Yeah definalty install it unless you video card doesn't support it. I know my card didn't and had to search for a while to find one compatible with it, CoD, and BF. :t

Un-install your old drivers and the install the newest ones provided by SiS here: http://driver2.sis.com/graphic/integrated/650740/full/650_221_win2kxp.zip

Then install Direct X 9 and you should be fine.
