Welcome to Sysopt rheteric!

This may be a dumb question, but are you sure your game supports the force feedback? Only some games support it.

Good luck

Thus far I have tried it with Need For Speed: High Stakes, which I am pretty sure supports FF. I am going to try it with Superbike 2001 as soon as that arrives in the mail.

I purchased a USB Microsoft Force Feedback Wheel from Best Buy in open box condition. It did not come with the drivers/software, but I did download and install the Sidewinder program (most recent version) from Microsoft.com. Next, I tried to install the USB patch (swff2qfe1.exe) from microsoft's website but it would not properly install/identify the existing software. The wheel is recognized by the computer (and software) and it controls all input, my problem is that there is no Force Feedback. Does anyone know how to get the force feedback working? Am I missing a driver? Where can I get it?
