it says a video card on this specific board is 32-64 MB
..
what the heck how can a card like that be 32-64 mb

Because it uses system RAM. You can set it to either 32 or 64 in the BIOS.

Tip: Go by a new card. Anything from the GF4MX on up to a 9800XT would be far better.
