I cannot play ea game fifa 2001 in my new computer,P4,Nvidia 64 mb,win 98 se.Ihad no problem playing it in my P2 comp.this is the error i get:::::

E.A. Suggests the problem may be internet connection settings.
If you are playing off-line, in I.E, click tools\internet options\connections and select "never dial a connection".
If you are playing on-line, make your connect first, then launch the game.
But this suggestions do nothing ,can you help.

By the way fifa 2000 doesn't work on this computer either it pretends to start with a black screen but then it goes back to the desktop.Please note I have no problems on my old PII the problem is my P4 nvidia 400 G/card.

Have you installed the official and newest Nvidia video card drivers? If not, that may be causing some problems in the games.

If you need to download the video card drivers, visit www.nvidia.com

Apart from a driver problem, I don't see what else could be causing these games not to work.

I have the latest drivers and I can not play either fifa 2000 or 2001.rocky
