is there a possibility to change the bios of my video card S3 TRIO 64V+ PCI 765 1 MB memory? and is it possible to overclock it?

some of the powerhouse cards like the ge force 3 and readon are able to too. but with a sis card no. its to old

S3 is not a SiS card, GroundZero3.
Battousai^ : check latest version of PowerStrip, it has biggest ever video hardware support, so you may be able to adjust your card core/memory frequencies by few MHz.
Yet, this card is very old indeed, you won't notice any performance at all. Depending on your current setup, consider an upgrade.
