I have terminal BSOD, Help!

Duron 750
Leadtek Nvidia Geforce2 200mx 32m w/tv out
128 m SDRam
Netgear RP114 Cable/DSL Websafe Router
Delta 12x/40x DVD-Rom
Bus-Link 12x8x32 CD-RW
Everything was working fine until I tried file sharing. I think that's when my problems started. I only have BSOD on 1 comp. Both comp are exactly the same. HELP!
