[8am] Wake up... late for school.... get ready
[8:25] ****, only 10 mins to get to school........ so i go and sit on comp.
[8:30] HOLY... only 5 mins... rush out the door
[8:40] ****! 5 min late... registration
[9am] Period 1
[10am] Break
[10:15] Period 2
[11:15] Period 3
[12:15] Lunch - Eat vegidog
[12:50] Period 4
[1:50] Period 5
[2:50] Woo! School done!
[3:05] Get home... comp time
[5:50] Woo tea, bring it up, eat at comp
[6:00] Finish tea... carry on at comp
[9pm] Check for homework if 1 then do, else compute. when done - comp.

8 am Rush to work using bicyle in any weather (Except blizzard and icy road)

4pm come home and play online
6 pm and make dinner for everyone
730 everybody finished eating and washes the dishes
735 on computer all night
1am go bed

It's really funny how scedules can differ far what kind of life you live.

I imagine a working adult would have very different amout of time on computers than a student like you.

Mine is a unique case: I'm home schooled. I went to a private school during the sixth grade, which i did not like. For the fist time, I've started to dual-enroll at a Community Collage here in North Carolina. So my entire life has been arranged, controlled and sheduled by no one but me and my family. On rare occasions, the government steps in and makes me take a standaridized test, or register some curriculum.

I get to decide what I study and when I study it.

I get any day off that I want.

I can sit on my computer all day long if I like with the excuse that it's a corse in computing. And my Dad said that since he was principal of my 'school', that he would sign the transfer papers that I've gotten two years or so of solid computer studys. Which is great for me. :D

I took a long time restoring a building from the 1940s that we bought and moved to our land for about 4,500 dollars. I didn't do much desk study, so my Dad said he would concider it a hands-on corse on "restoring old homes". That works for me too. :D

My life is great, I get to read any book I want as fast as I want, without any teacher telling me to write a useless report on "how birds migrate" or something like that.

We live in the country, so I can go and do whatever I want outside since we have a few acres to fool with.

My typical weekday is:

9:00am: [finally decide to get up and eat cold breakfast]
10:00am: [comp]
10:30am: [go read your books!]
11:00am: [arg! lunch takes so long to get here!]
12:00pm: [can't type now, I'm eating]
1:00pm: [full blast into chores and projects like building stuff]
3:00pm: [schools out now i guess, more computer.]
rest of day: computer on and off. TV and PC games (Don't have console).
night: [goto bed!
11:00pm: [finish watching movie or whatever.]
12:00: [sleep either on the floor or the bed, whichever looks more comfortable at the time.]

Here's mine:

8:00am : Wake up
8:15am : Crawl into the shower
8:30am: Eat breakfast
9:00am: Go to "work" (part time kitchen work in a pub while I look for a "real" job)
11:00am: Start actual work = bored crapless for hours
4.00pm: Finish work, stumble home
4.15pm: Have shower
4:30-10pm(depends on PCs, usually 4.30-7.00) Build/setup any customer PCs that need doing
7/10-10/1 : Drink too much :D

My schedule varies a lot, especially the going to bed and waking hours, due to my courses' scheduling; anyway:

6:00 -> Insult and punch the alarm clock; get outta bed :(
6:25 -> Already washed up, eaten and got dressed; leave home
6:28 -> Arrive at the bus stop; wait............wait..............wait
6:38 -> Finally the **** thing arrives :mad: Get on the bus
6.45 -> Take the boat: read, listen to some music, sleep...:rolleyes:
7:15 -> The boat finally arrives; start walking towards the subway
7:25 -> Have a coffee and the first cigarette! Here's when things start brightening up :cool:
7:30 -> Take the subway
7:48 -> Arrive and walk 5 mins to college
7:53 -> Arrive (!), smoke a cigarette, hope the teacher was kidnapped by viscious, into BDSM, aliens
8:00 -> Start taking classes, try not to fall asleep
In between, check e-mail, SysOpt, new reviews/articles. Now it all depends wheter or not I have classes/projects for the afternoon; if I don't, wich is extremely rare:
12:30 -> Go home (normally later, but...)
14:15 -> Arrive, wash up, prepare lunch, eat; if I don't have to study/work:
15:00 -> Head towards the pub :) Take a scroll with the girlfriend, read the newspaper, whatever...
In between I may head home, read or Internet
19:45 -> Help or prepare dinner, eat, watch the news, check e-mail, SysOpt, interesting articles/reviews, wash up, head towards the pub
21:00 -> Have a coffee, chat, relax...maybe go for a movie
23:00 -> I'm home, check e-mail, SysOpt, take a shower...
23:45 ->Off to bed...

I don't really have a routine because my college schedule varies from nice (4/5 hours a day) to nightmare (10 to 14 hours a day)...even in days with few classes there's always projects, studying, etc...I rarely have a chance to spend an afternoon at the pub...

8:15pm - Watch TV or a DVD or play computer game
10:15pm - Have homicidal feelings about neighbour, thought was a good idea to buy her son a drum kit :mad:

6:30 - Computer starts blaring "Blue" "Hey listen up heres a story about a little man who lives in a blue house, and all day and all night and everything is just blue for him, inside and out"

6:45 - I wake up becuase with each repition the volume goes up. I turn it off, and fond memories of my warm bed fill my head.

7:00 - Again I wake up, but this time with a jolt, am I late for work? No its still dark out. I get up grab clothes and get in the shower.

7:15 - Hot water has turned to warm water and is showing the signs of becoming cold water. I quickly turn off the water and get out. I shiver because the house is about 50 f, and I'm naked and wet.

7:20 - Down stairs I nuke 2 burritos add a ton of hot sauce to them, get some water, and sit down for breakfast.

7:50 - I leave for work

8:00 - I arrive at work

8:30 - I start work

9:00 - I stair blankly at the clock wishing it said 1:30

9:30 - Try to stay awake

9:45 - my struggle is failing, and my eyes are sounding the retreat bugle as the eyelids close in on there position.

10:00 - I'm on the floor at work doing push ups.

10:05 - I work madly

11:30 - I'm done, so I sit around trying to find things to do till I can leave.

13:30 - I skip, and run and sing as I go to my car!

13:45 - back home, lunch then Raven Shield

20:00 - Eat dinner

20:15 - music, Conan, major web surfing, or more Raven Shield.

23:30 - sleep

6:15 -- still in bed... !%(&# radio... open eyes my son is lying beside me
6:25 -- look at my son, smile and tell myself I should get up
6:30 -- sit in bed.. tell my son to get dressed.. I get up
6:35 -- batroom stuff
6:50 -- rush to the kitchen... prepare kids lunches, serve juice, breakfast & vitamins
7:15 -- finish lunches tell the guys to get dressed (-20/-25 C outside)
7:30 -- kiss kids goodbye wish them a good day, tell them to be nice and to have fun and NOT to lose their gloves & scarfs!
7:35 -- turn on computer... read sysopt, mail and delete spam
8:00 -- make coffee - have juice and vitamin
8:05 -- go back to the comp - drink coffee - smoke cig - no breakfast - surf the net
8:10 to 10:00 -- tell myself I should go back to bed....
10:00 -- back in bed.. ZZzzz
10:30 -- woke up by the phone: "I'm the REMAX guy"..... NO I don't own a house! click
12:00 -- get up - have something to eat - do stuff on comp
2:50 -- kids' back from school hungry - eat snack
3:00 -- DO HOMEWORK - whine
3:30 -- kids turn TV on - mom's on computer - kids still hungry eat snack again
4:00 -- think about what we'll have for supper again... (dinner-tea for you guys)
4:30 -- time to think about going to prepare food
5:00 -- get up and get supper's ready
6:00 -- eat.. no music - tv - say prayer - kids tell me about their day
6:15 -- do the dishes - clean & do laundry
8:00 -- bath time kids! - more whining - more laundry
8:20 -- time to goof around - read stories, play games, fight, dance and laugh with kids
8:45 -- time for bed - brushing teeth (still more whining) - kiss kids goodnight
9:00 -- kids in bed... *SIGH* time for the "emptying mind" moment
9:30 -- shower etc...
10:00 -- finish laundry - check what's going on on the net... nothing interesting - prepare 1/2 lunches for the next day
10:30 to 2:00/3:00 am -- sit at comp - listen to music or meditate - read sysopt - work on website - talk on the phone - troubleshoot family's comp problems
3:00 -- time for bed, waking up in 3 hours..... *yawn*

I'm a healthy guy, I have cereals or fruit for breakfast ;) Am I achieved the next step and only smoke 1 pack of cigarettes a day (next is to quit definitely) and never have more than 5 coffees :) I just wish could go to the gym more often...

Actually as I am self employed, I have my own hours and can do just about anything I want to do.

Today for example.



8:45 AM, Wake Up.
9:00 AM, Get out of bed because I watched some tv.
9:00 AM, Go to the rest room, brush my teeth, comb my hair back and get dressed.

9:30 AM, Drink some tea, get a breakfast bar and heat to hom depot.
10:00 AM, Arrive at home depot.
11:20 AM, go to Taco bell and eat lunch.
11:35 AM, go to a client's house.
11:50 AM, arrive at client's house.
12:00 PM, Install four small 4 inch ceiling flood lights that I bought at home depot as well as an exaust fan. New wiring on an existing bathroom as well as install a dimmer switch and new light switch for the exaust.
4:00PM Clean up all saw dust and sheetrock powder, the house is old so it has boards on the ceiling as well as a half inch sheetrock and quater inch sheet rock.

4:15 PM Test everything out and head home.
4:35 PM Stop by McDonalds and get three salads, one for my, one for my pop and one for my mom.

4:45 PM Arrive home and eat.

5:10 PM go to my room and check my email.
5:20 PM Check the explorer for leaks, found out the screws on the fan were coming loose and two came out and also that the plug for the oil drain is leaking.

6:00 PM Make some calls, only midwaysells the screws, but they are closed, and I pick up a CD Burner from my gramp's house because it was delivered there, a house diagnolly from my back alley.

6:45 PM Install the burner on a client's PC, and it works good. Found out the CD-Rom is toast as well.

7:15 PM Since my explorer has that fan problem, I take my mom's surburban to Fry's Electronics, 10-15 Miles Away.


7:40 PM The tranny went out, I can hit reverse though, but won't go foward, not even in Hi or Lo 4x4. And I was right in on the corner of Fry's Electronics. The Surburban stalled on the stop light of the bridge, can't get out, call my dad.

8:30 PM Cop pulles behind and offers to push the Surburban, he does so and I pull up next to the 7-11 across the street.

8:35 PM I go into 7-11 buy a quart of milk, and a sub to munch on while my dad gets here with the tow truck.

9:30 PM My dad gets there and the tow truck lifts up the Surburban on it's bed and I go home.

10:00 PM I come home and put the Surburban next to my explorer, and told my dad that my mom will drive the CR-V instead of me, and that I will walk to Midway which is four blocks away. He says no, he will take me to midway. So I will by the two screws I need, then I will drive to Auto Zone, get some 10w-30 for my Explorer and two extra quarts of Dexgtron III as well as get the tool loaned out to change the oil filter.

10:30 PM I fiddle with the client's PC and do some updates.

10:45 PM I take a shower

11:15 PM I check my email and get on sysopt.

11:20 PM I am writing this.

9:25 AM Drain oil Change filter, fill up full of oil.

9:50 AM Drain Tranny Oil, take out filter, replace filter, and refill it.

10:30 AM Clean up.

11:00 AM Drive it around for a bit.

11:20 AM Take a shower, shave and dress.
12:00 PM Go to Fry's and buy the cd-rom.
1:00 PM Come back home and install CD-Rom drive
1:15 PM Test CD-Rom Drive.
1:20 PM Eat lunch.
1:40 PM Return the PC.
2:10 PM Come back home and chill out :cool:
4:00 PM Go to the footlocker and get me some shoes.

From there on, It's unplanned :D

Ok, Scratch that plan, this is what happened today.


Went to Midway, got the oil, screws, and plug.


Fixed the fan, then went to Fry's and got a cd-rom, came home, installed it, and then went off to drop off the computer.

I noticed I parked next to a white expedition.


When I came out, it was gone and my tail light was busted.


Not only did they bust it, but they also put a small dent in my explorer, black btw, and the person triming some trees said that it was a woman who did this, and he didn't get the license plate number.



So I went to a friend's house, spoke with his mom on what time he came home, gave her my cell phone number and went to my cousin's body shop.


He wants to charge me $2,000 to take out all the small dents (small hail) and a new hood, and paint everything, making it look like factory new.


I told him that his brother told me it was going to be around $700-800 and that I can do, but the 2 Grand, he can forget it.


My friend called, I went to his house, he took me to a place where I could get the tail gate light for $30 with taxes brand new. I went to the liquor store, got some beer, and we went to his house while we chatted and kicked back a couple of beers and changed out the light.

He told me that he can take out the dents, and he will do it at cost of the material providing I help him. He also said he knew a painter that was really good, and for me just to pay him labor and get the paints mysself, it would be cheap. He said in total, not even $700.


Bad day. I still need to change the oil in my engine and tranny, as well as the filters.

The Explorer needs to be repainted anyways. Also, I would have to not only give the $500 down, but my insurance will go up as well. :rolleyes:

Umm My insurance comp tried that one on me......... I said how could I of had a "Blame worthy accident" if I wasn't even in the thing @ the time ? They backed down in the end & paid up, it took all of 2 days for em to sort their poop out :p

£450.00 a year is that ...... So no not really dirt cheap .........
Mind you I ain't 21 either .......... Scheesh I remember those days :D

The thing on my insurance, is in order to keep low payments on it, I have the truck under my mom's name, and I have my driver's license in another house :D.

19.00: Going to a club
21.00: Going to some friends house to smokse some weed or drink some vodka
23.00: Probably having s.x with some lady
05.00: Im back @ home behind my computer playing smth or sitting in the net
08.00: I go to sleep, nighty night

edit: usually "thank god" I get to be at home to like some 16 o'clock then the day begins.
