Logitech IM Companion update contact

Another question, does anyone know whereabouts Logitech Quickcam's IM companion utility searches for update news from so i can 127.0.0.1 the location. Reason is it automatically checks upon execution and tells users to update to MSN 6.0 for integrated webcam usage, however i dont want to run MSN 6 on these machines as its harder to kill, so i was wondering if anyone knew of how, other than via a firewall, i could stop the IM Companion phoning home for update details
