Router?

Find out what the ports used by Netmeeting are (Google) and allow them in the firewall. If you have a router, you have to forward thos ports to your IP.

you need to open port 1720 tcp in your router to go to you computers ip address.

He needs to do the same on his end if he is behind a router/firewall.
