New to O'clocking AMD XP2400's

I just bought a retail XP2400+:

AIXIB0349RPMW

Since this is the first time hacking with an AMD, I just needed to confirm a few things:

1. Deciphering the markings, I cannot identify what the original designated speed is.

2. This CPU can be unlocked using the pencil trick (as opposed to the Barton)?

3. Do I still need to unlock this CPU to change the voltage?

4. What is the theoretical maximum speed of the Thoroughbred Core?

5. This is not a Thorton?
