NASCAR Thunder 2004 Crashes system on 2 out of 3 systems

I'm having serious problems with 1 game- Nascar2004. On the 2 MSI systems I have, but not my Epox system.
This is what I have done so far.

1. Looked for patches on NASCAR 2004—not to be found yet.
2. Updated my 4 in 1 drivers
3. Updated to directx 9.0b
4. Done a full system virus scan
5. Done a comprehensive scan of my HD and Defrag
6. Updated to the newest ATI driver
7. Reinstalled the game...several times and on different Partitions
8. Completely up-to-date with Windows updates (critical only)
9. Ran Adaware, Spybot, Regclean
10. Run dxdiag – all tests pass.

This is the only game that crashes – I was able to get the game to run a couple times on the PCs, and it ran great. The Game always crashes before I can get to the game.- meaning in the Menus setting up the game.

When the game crashes it locks up the entire machine and I have to reset the machine. Both machines are stable and run fine otherwise!
