Tc Computers... trustworty?

I have been looking for a major upgrade on my computer for a long time now. I noticed in a magazine ad that TC computers has exactly what I want in the right price range. How high quality is TC's tech support, and warranty? Thanks!

Are their systems "proprietary" like HP,Dell,PB.etc.If so,keep away from it.

Mat, have you checked them out on www.resellerratings.com (http://www.resellerratings.com) , part of Sysopt.com? I never mail order anything without 1st checking this site.

I have bought a couple of products from them and have never had any problems. They are located about 75 miles west of me, in New Orleans, La. I have found them in the past to be a little pricey on things or would have used them more.

I can tell you that TC Computers has been around for at least the last 7 or 8 years. That is usually a good sign. I have never ordered from them personally.
