How to align text off a web site?

Hi there,

The problem I'm having is that when I copy an email to text version its not aligned properly. When I see some documents on a site that I wish to keep, I right click my mouse hit "select all" this blocks the text. Then I right click again, hit copy and then usually paste it to notepad. On the screen it appears o.k. but when I go to print usually a few words go to the next line and then a space like this example:
Hello my name
is Liam and I'm looking for help, hoping someone is
out there that knows how to fix this.(if this worked you should see a few words then a full next line and the a few words andon and on.....
I'm wondering if having a 17" monitor has anything to do with it?
Any ideas?

Have you tried "word wrap",Click edit than word wrap.

Yes, when I hit wordwrap, on the screen it wraps well, but when I go to print it shows differently.
