Dragonball Z Budokai 2 Part 2

I just felt like making another Budokai 2 thread. Ok, heres my question. I am playing Budokai 2 and I am in Dragon World and am playing as Goku. I got the skills for Super Saiyan 2 & 3. I want to use them but i cant because i dont have Super Saiyan 1. I would like to use them because i am in the kid buu saga and would like to use them before the game is over. What do i do?
