Want Photos to go in another Folder ??

Hello, When ever I save a picture from the net it would go into My Photos, which is in My Documents. But some how that was all screwed up and they go in this other folder that is in another folder. Can I change where My photos go when I click save.
Now I know I can change it, I want to set it so when I save it gose there first, Rather then me have to relocate or redirect each photo?

Just so you understand. I'm saving ww2 tank photos. so like the M4 sherman it has many models. so the main folder is just M4 then inside I have how ever many models broke down into folders like M4A1 and M4A2 and so on. when I', looking a lot of times I search for 1 model at a time. all photos go to my camera's program folder so I can clean them and adjust to correct Res..

Can anyone help. I have windows 2K:confused:

Generally, if you save a few photos (in a row) to the same folder, that folder becomes the default folder that photos will be dowloaded to. Assuming the photos are all of the same file type. If they are of mixed file types I.E.: jpeg, bmp, gif etc, then you will need to repeat saving each file type to the folder of your choice.

. Ok. It will do that. Once I put a photo in it will stay there untill I change web pages then I have to tell it where to go. But before it use to aleays go to My Photos no mater what I wanted to save. and That what I'm trying to fugure out now, Is how to get it to do that again. but with no luck :(
Is there some place in windows 2000 that lets you chose what folder svaed items will go to ??:confused:

If you have TweakUI, you can change special folder locations with that. If you go to the My Computer tab (within TweakUI), at the bottom you can change the location of the My Pictures folder to anywhere you like. Maybe that will help.

If you don't have TweakUI, you can get it at any number of places.
