I have en old GeForce 2 GTS card in my computer at the moment, I like the card, but its to damed noizy, So Ive decited to take of the fan and headsink and put on a zalman ZM17CU insteed. my only problem is that my old headsink seames to be glued to the GPU of my card.
How do I get the old headsink of? please can some one help me?

If it's a Creative card, it's probably glued. Otherwise, do you see two white clips?

No, its defenetly glued.
The card is a INNOvision card (as cheap is they come)

Well... Since I've done this sorta thing before, I used a butterknife and pryied it off.

I don't suggest you do this.

So let er rip! :D

It worked fine for me, but I used my common sense and was CAREFUL.

AND is it posible to take the sink of using a knife?

I'm saying that a butter knife worked for me,

but I was letting you know that this might not be the safest way to do what you're doing.

So be careful and be intelligent. (if you do it that is... otherwise be dumb and happy :D )

Try sticking the card in the freezer for a couple of hours. Then GENTLY try to lift off the heatsink. If not, use a low power heatsource (like the heatblowers used in electronics manufacturing or hot blowdrier) to soften the adhesive, will take some time. This may take some time. Either way, you will run a substantial risk of damaging the chip or card.
