Are you trying to find out if a 400W power supply may be needed for your system? What exactly is it you want to know about a 400W power supply unit? Please be more specific... Thanks.

If you're asking for opnions on a good 400W power supply unit, I would suggest you get a SevenTeam ST400-GL. I just bought one a couple weeks ago and I think they're great!

Never heard of a High Power brand PSU, and I've bought a ton of supplies over the past few years. ??

Any rate, I'm with everyone above. I am currently using an Enermax 430watt with dual cooling fans in my primary box. Picked it up from Plycon a few months ago.

OK, I found this power supply for $34. It is listed most places for $69+. The 340 watt is AMD approved and so I just needed to know before I purchased. Thanks very much for your responses.

I am using a FortronSource 300W power supply.. they also make 400W and above.. they are rather quiet and have lots of power connectors that are nice and long http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

I have a full tower case (Inwin Q500) and power cables just about reach to the bottom..
