Im getting low scores in 3dmark03? Comp Setup:

Athlon Xp 3000+
Asus A7n8x-e Mobo
1 Gig of pc 3200 Ram
Nvidia 5700 Ultra 128
160 gig WD sata hdd

I ran 3dmark, and I got a score of 3494, and I think this is kind of low for this system (i just building it last night, installed xp and everything) Anyone know what could be going wrong?

Which 3dMark are you using, 2001 or 2003?

2003 my guess.

That vid card is probably holding it back a bit...

I think to get up near 5000 mark you will nead an FX 5900 or so. The card you have is on the same scale as the ATI 9500pro-9600pro and that will produce a score of 3-4000 at stock settings.
Scores about right I think. Overclock and tweak a bit it to make the 4000+ I think.

heh im an idiot, I didnt install the mobo drivers ;) Im up right to were I need to be, w/o overclock, just ran it (2k3) agian and scored 3995. Got 14k+ in 01'
