I think the WPA was hacked when XP was still in it's testing phase...mandatory registration is a pain in the ****! I think it goes by your NIC somehow. I had Office 2000 installed on my laptop, NIC broke so I had it replaced. Decided I wanted to dual boot so I reformatted and reinstalled. While trying to register Office 2000 again, it told me it was being used on another computer!! Had to contact Microsoft Canada about my problem and they gave me a new key. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

The link is up now 3:20AM 8/25/01 Pacific. Sweet, I may actually consider XP now. I upgrade often, and simply will not tolerate the type of Nazi B.S. Microsoft is going for here. Now maybe I can get around it...

I think everyone saw this coming though. If Microsoft wants to act like a facist nazi organization than they're going to be treated like one, and there will always be those who will fight back against that kind of **** -- and rightfully so.
