When I do Ctrl/alt/del and go and see what programs are running, exec is always in there twice. Is this suppose to be this way?

What is the full name (and extension) of the executable? Can you post a screenshot?

I,m not sure how do do this. Does more than one program use the same Exec when running? Or can exec be two different programs?

I guess both have to do with my ISP. I can end task on either one, and my ISP logs off.

It's easy jeenyes. Just open task manager> hit the prt scr button on keyboard (stands for print screen)> open MS Paint> select Edit> select Paste> An image of your screen will appear> select File> Save As> save it as a JPEG (jpg) file> attach it to a message here...

if you do an <alt> + <prt sc> then only the active window is grabbed. Better on file sizes if you don't need the desktop as well.
