How difficult is it to learn & create short flash movies? I'm proficient with computers and have some ideas for some creations. Is there a web tutorial to get up to speed, or can anyone recommend a good book? Thanks

please, please please do not make a flash intro screen. They annoy so many people I'm surprised "proffessionals" still do them.

Ditto above poster. Flash is good for banners and the occasional graphical menu...oh, and adverts
