opening new sites?

Does anyone know what is wrong?

I cant open some sites,and often wont open sites when it opens in a new window.

What happens when you try to open these sites? Can you give us an example?

1. if i go to windows update it opens box,and then says done.it says address in address bar,but there is nothing in the box/window.

2.when Im at a site nsraracing.com,and i try too go in too the forum.The internet explorer box opens ,but there is nothing showing inside the box\window.This thing happens at many sites.

What broswer and version are you using?

Sometimes itll open up a page and itll be blank.. just refresh it.

Scan your comp for virii would help too.
