user rights question

hello.
im running windows 2000 server with SP4
the server is a domain controller in an active directory environment

i am in the domain controller security policy applet

im using the user right:
under security settings -> local policies -> user rights assignment
the entry for "act as part of the operating system.

i am trying to pass user credentials via visual fox pro. and i need to give the user this right,

my question is, what impact will giving the user this right have on my system?
