I put together my own PC Iget no audio out of my speakers. I have a SB 16 PCI an ATI Radeon all in wonder vid card the volume is up mute is off and the speakers do work My mobo instructions talked about a on board audio jumper (it is a chaintech 7ATA)the jumper is set for enabled the manual didn't say much about it any help or links to help would be great and I've been to chaintechs and creative websites.

I'm a little confused. If you have an onboard audio jumper on the motherboard, does that mean you have integrated sound on the motherboard plus another sound card? If that's the case, you should disable the onboard audio. If you don't have sound on the motherboard, there shouldn't be any jumpers on it for sound.
BTW are there any setttings in BIOS for sound?
