IM using win ME & Im having problem connecting internet thru aol dsl using netgear wireless router(MR814v2), & I was told by a netgear enggr to log on to microsoft.com & follow direction on how to clean TCP/IP stack to resolve the problem. i cant find it in the site.
can anyone help me on how to & where? thanks

note: wrong word !! clean not delete,,sorry

Control Panel > Network. Remove TCP/IP - all of them. Reinstall after rebooting.

i remove the tcp/ip for netgear wireless usb adapter, but when i reboot the comp didnt find it ,

So remove the adapter (in DevMgr) and reboot.
