More destroyed DVDs!!

One more DVD got destroyed today. Antonio Banderas 13th Warrior!

It was "magically" placed under the sofa and was severely scratched as the sofa was pulled out!

No I had a previous post on what the policy is. So where do I send this damaged DVD to get a new copy. Since I am not allowed to backup the DVD, and the price I paid is for the movie not the medium it's on, and now the status of the latter prevents me from accessing my legally acquired movie, shouldn't the disc be replaced?

1)You really think that that piece of plastic isn't being paid for? It costs them about $.20USD to make, and they charge about $5.00 for it.

2)You really think that they will replace it? It seems as though they would say "tuffff nuugiies!"

I don't think anything (at least not in the naive and trusty way they'd like), I'm just trying to figure out what will I get? A replacement or a ****** one?

Well I would start by contacting wherever you bought the darn thing from. That is about all I can say to help.
