Hiring someone to come in & set up MS Exchange

not sure which forum to post this, but would like to hire someone knowledgeable and competent to set up Microsoft Exchange 2003 on my server, running small business server 2003. Everything is all ready installed, but I do not know how to configure it. Willing to pay good per hour rate to get this thing up and running. I tried local company, but they don't how to set it up!
