Need a new driver installation disk which came with the sound card any place i can get a replacement, or maybe somone who can help me get one free of charge?

Do you need the Drivers, or a driver disk. You can get the drivers from Creative (http://www.americas.creative.com/support/welcome.asp?RD=download)
If you require the driver disk, perhaps you could try contacting Creative.
