different status wont let me burn cd's?

hey guys, im having problem with my logins and program.

i installed NERO 5.5.10 under my login name (administrator status).....i can burn CDs and everything...

now when my brother logs in under his name (user group status)....it says that it needs a "burning rights"..(where do i go and edit that?)....it will let me in nero but i get that pop up saying it needs administrator burning rights..then i can drag the music and when i hit burn...it will only burn it as IMAGE and my CDRW isnt recognized..

i tried changin his status to admin, and it worked fine and he can burn....but back to user he cant....or any other status

im using W2k Pro
