I recently bought both of these cards on sale. $70 AR on the 9600 and $140 AR on the 5900. I like the one-slot design on the 9600 but the PNY FX 5900 has more power NOW, but in DX9 games the ATI might blow it out of the water. I have about a week to return them. Help.:confused:

Return both of them and get a Radeon 9800. One slot and it will be faster than both.

Yeah, you really can't compare the 9600 (ATI's mid-range video card) to the 5900 (nVidia's high end solution) 9600 Pro/XT should be compared with the 5600/5700. While the 5900/5950 should be compared with the 9800 Pro/XT

the price for that 5900 is insane (lowest ive seen yet). keep it.
