need help! no internet connection using aol dsl

I have aol dsl modem & i just bought belkin wireless router (model F5D6231-4), but i couldnt get it work for both wired & wireless, I called belkin support but they couldnt resolved the problem, any input is greatly appreciated. thank you

note: Aol is pppoe
I used netgear wireless that i have some issue ,but it has resolved.

would need more information to help. Can you enter your router using the default admin username and passwords? Are you using static or dynamic IP addresses? What OS are you using? Is your NIC card having problems, can check using device manager, etc. etc..

im using win 98 se & win xp in my comps,
mothing wrong w/my nic card, i could connect internet directly from aol dsl modem w/o using the belkin router.
aol is a pppeo

PPPoE requires that you enter your login ID and password for your Internet connection in the router for it to work. There should be a place to enter that info in the router. Good luck! :t

I did all of that, I spoke to an aol tech support & they said that belkin product doesnt work on their dsl.
that suck...

Well, if Aol says it doesn't work it probably won't? That's weird though? Did they say which routers will work with their service?
