I looked at this card and opted for a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz!!

I'm by no means a sound card expert - but I picked up a phillips seismic edge card to upgrade from my mb's integrated audio - i like it.

I recently bought the Sonic Fury, thats what the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz is called here in t UK. It installed perfectly, havn't had time to check the surround sound yet.
It got better reviews than the others, specifically the Soundblaster 5.1's
