How do i change who microsoft office 2000 is registered to? You know when you first start it up and you get the little splash screen and it has who it is registered to... I need to change that. How?

open Word, go to tools, options, User information, and change the user name.

Run regedit
go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/software/Microsoft/Windows/Windows NT/CurrentVersion

and edit the registered owner key
