ADSL help........

I have just recently been delighted that ADSL has finally come to my area. NO MORE 56k. I have now purchased it and its workin. i would like to know wat others a re quoted in and out of uk. mines £39.99 rental + £11.99 for internet access. Also wat is ur speed, i can gt on average, 350 up/ 200 dl?

Also i have got virus software, firewall. do i need other pretection for this always on fast service.
