Hard Drive Caddy HDD Light

Hi,

I've got a Hard Drive Caddy and it has a power led and hard disk activity led. When the hard drive is thinking the hard drive activity led starts to go on, etc. But while this is happening the normal computer case hdd led also does the same led patterns as the HDD Caddy LED.

I have also got two normal hard drives which when they are working it just displays the activity on the normal computer case led.

Is there any way to make the computer case LED stop following the HDD Caddy's LED?

Remove the HDD activity wires from the mobo. The HDD LED will remain OFF at all times.

Yeah, but I still want to use the normal computer hdd activity led for the two Internal IDE Drives.... is this possible?

No.

I would disconnect the caddy wires.
