i have a k6-2 400 system on asus p5ab mobo
with 96M pc100 and 8m agp card.
please advise me as to how best can i upgrade this thing or will a newer system be cheaper and better.i wud again like to go in for an amd system though it is difficult to get amd processors,mobos and good heatsinks in india.(last time i assembled my pc i had to travel 250 km to get my asus mobo.)
also what wud be better amd duron 900 on dfi
am-35-ec board or a pentium3 800 on mercury815 board (both using onboard graphics and sound)other conditions remaining same as both cost the same in india
(a duron 800 costs $100 here)
