1. box #1: gigabyte ga5smm,amdk6-2-500mhz.
this board was pulled from a Compac puter.
I have no access to its bios. At cold boot,
it goes http://www.sysopt.com/forum/biggrin.gifiamond multimedia video card
Compac
Initialize MBA
Press N for network boot
Windows spash screen.
It nEvEr says anything like "press delete for
setup."
2. box 2: tyan 1590, 500 mhz amd-k6-2.
bios gives me limited boot order choices:
a,c,scsi; a,c,cdrom, etc. no choice offers boot to local drives d, e, or f
(cdrw is drive g)
3.GOAL: i have win98se on c: and i want to put winXP on d: and boot from whichever one
i want.
