Hi All
I'm trying HandyBackup, and it seems pretty good:

Does anyone have any opinions? Are there better backup programs?
thanks

I use HB V4. The great thing about Novosoft is that if you buy HB V4 you get updates free for V4-5+.
I got the plug-ins too e.g., Registry, Outlook (OE) and ICQ for simplicity and use to backup all my data using scheduled backup and synchronisation options to another partition.
I also use FolderClone to clone one partition of downloads to the next.
An alternative to HB is FolderMatch but I don’t think this has scheduling. I have this too and it is a handy tool to have to determine differences between two files and/or folders etc.
FC & FM can be found at www.saltybrine.com and all updates – minor and major are free and unlimited.
AISBackup from www.aiscl.com is another very good and sound backup solution.
My choice would be HB.
More expensive solutions are Retrospect Pro V6.5 and this should be the one to go for if you have the time and money for the initial purchase and upgrades.
All the best,

What OS are you running? If you're just backing up your My Documents folder, you can always try the built-in backup utility in NT/2000/XP.
I use that to back up files on three computers over my network at home onto a spare hard drive.
